After more than a year of work by teams across the college , a new Strategic Plan for 2022-25 was launched with a focus on ways to increase student success .

ACCESS
Promote enrollment for every student through clear educational plans along with using Student Support Services and other resources to help them succeed .
• Increase non-traditional aged student enrollment 2 % each year
• Increase First Time In College enrollment of recent high school graduates 1 % each year
• Increase Career and Technical Education enrollment 2 % each year
• Increase minority student enrollment 1 % each year
• Increase the proportion of Associate Degree graduates who enroll in EFSC Bachelor Degree programs 3 % each year
• Increase Dual Enrollment participation 1 % each year
ADVANCEMENT
Ensure a supportive learning environment through excellent teaching practices and support services that ensure students can thrive and meet milestones to graduate .
• Increase the number of students pursuing Associate Degrees who reach milestones of 15 , 30 and 45 credits earned
• Increase student retention rates 1 % each year
• Increase transfer rates of Associate Degree graduates headed to other colleges and universities 2 % each year
• Increase success rates of students in gateway Math and English courses at least 1 % each year
• Increase rates of Dual Enrollment students becoming First Time in College students 1 % each year

Expand best practices that support students in achieving their short- and long-term educational goals within a defined amount of time .
• Increase number of students who complete College Credit Certificates 1 % each year
• Increase number of students who complete Industry Certifications 1 % each year
• Decrease the number of students who go on academic warning status 1 % each year
• Decrease withdraw rates 1 % each year
• Increase completion rates for Career and Technical Education programs 2 % each year
