• The SAIL office , which assists students with disability and accessibility issues , assisted 422 new students and provided 7,150 different communications such as emails to all SAIL students for individual assistance .
• More than 100 virtual and in-person events were held to support and guide prospective students and their parents through the enrollment process .
• Outreach to high schools was successful , with more than 200 seniors applying to EFSC from 14 high schools as part of the “ Go Higher , Get Accepted ” initiative .
• More than 420 students participated in two “ College for a Day ” events to familiarize them with EFSC academic programs , financial aid and student services .
• More than 400 parents participated in “ Parent Preview Night ” for dual enrolled high school students .
• Specialized workshops were used to assist first time in college students to develop soft and success skills to prepare them for their first year on campus .
• A new online Bachelor ’ s Degree orientation was started along with enhanced student communication via text , email and auto-calls .
• Student Success Advisors provided intensive help to at-risk students .
• A Chatbot tool was implemented and available 24 / 7 to give students answers to questions about courses and services .
• Student Services and Brevard Public Schools collaborated to provide 4,845 placement tests .
