VIRAL CHANGE
A survey was conducted which identified 16
individuals as opinion leaders at EFERT.
These individuals were then split into two
groups and four sessions on “Viral Change”
were conducted at ThotSpot facilitated by
our lead consultant Rumman Ahmad. Our 16
influencers were taught skills that will enable
creative thinking and a culture of innovation
at EFERT. The third session will be conducted
in the later half of the year.
This program was developed based on the PIC
framework: Personal Branding, Interpersonal Skills &
Collaborative Influence. This 2 day program was
conducted to cater to our Marketing Tier IV audience
to enhance the experience of carrying their personal
brand in order to manage internal and external
stakeholders. The first of two sessions was
successfully held in Daharki in April and the next is
planned to be executed in the 3 quarter of 2018.
An invigorating program was designed for our Tier IV employees who were put outside
their comfort zones to learn all about Individual Performance, Team Experience & Personal
Learning. The over-night program was devised to help participants build teams to create a
shared vision and emerge as a more empowered and change oriented unit. The
participants set up camps on the shore of Bhit Khori Beach, amidst the cold breeze in
February and multiple activities were planned to capture the experience.
