or business related. If you achieve that goal, it is de?nitely success. If you fail, success still has to be evaluated on the basis of the outcome. What is your current job? I have just returned from an internship with Siemens in Dubai. So currently I’m unemployed, nevertheless I already have set an interview with National Instruments. Anyways I have to ?nish my Master Thesis ?rst. What do you think are the most important attributes of successful people? Again it is important to evaluate what success is. For some people it is a house, family and a decent job, for others the job ladder. If you are referring to the job ladder, it is intelligence, 47 assertiveness, commitment to the job and also ability to manipulate people. time and as good as possible with the resources given. What are your goals for the near future? I am only 24, so I have a whole career in front of me. Therefore my goals change rapidly within months due to new possibilities and situations. Currently I want to successfully ?nish my studies and ?nd a job which suits me. How did EESTEC contribute in achieving your goals in your present life? What motivates/challenges you when you are the responsible person of a task/project? My motivation comes partly from the sense of the project. If I cannot see the sense, I have less motivation. The other part of the motivation comes from the challenges. Whereby the challenges are to ?nish the project in EESTEC opened up possibilities which I most likely wouldn’t have had without EESTEC. My goals usually are very blurry and change rapidly. I cannot say for sure which goals were supported by my EESTEC career, but EESTEC de?nitely helped me.
