for the feeling when you can go right
into the sea after such a long trip.
Kotor is a wonderful place. It is built
around the Gulf of Kotor surrounded by more than thousand meter
high mountains. As the city had
been part of the Republic of Venice
it is full of beautiful old buildings: the
district called the “Old town” is the
best place to just walk around, discover its mysterious little alleys and
its vivid nightlife. De?nitely a town that
never sleeps.
With so many beautiful sights Kotor
was the perfect city for a workshop
about photo and movie making and
about journalism. The lectures took
place at the Faculty of Maritime Studies
right next to the seaside, so if we
needed some refreshment during
the breaks we just had to go out and
jump into the sea. Beside the basic
lectures we had trainings as well, to
get the chance of learning presentation skills and to enhance our abilities
as team players. It was really good
that we were able to use all the new
knowledge we got during the lectures
just right there in Kotor.

After three days of the academical
part the 24/7 fun started. City Rally in
the amazing Old Town, then the craziest International Night ever. Not to
mention the sandy shore of Plavi horizonti, the luxury of Budva, the spontaneous party at Jaz beach or the Kotor
carnival - guess which group was the
best performer:) My personal favorite
was the boat trip to the open sea with
swim’n’discover amongst the little
islands.
I can tell you LC Podgorica made an
amazing job. I have never seen so
much EESTEC Spirit focused in one
place ?avoured with the famous Balkan Spirit. Amazing people, best sum
