LC Ankara - #occupyMarmaris

Another great EESTEC week happened in Marmaris. LC Ankara
organized its ?rst exchange in one of
the touristic centers of Turkish Riviera.
During this awesome exchange, EESTECers have enjoyed various activities. Almost one whole day of the
event passed dancing on a boat and
swimming in ?ve different bays during
this boat trip. Another day, they were
driving in jeeps on the road to the
mountains. A war with water guns
happened on the way to the waterfall, too. After jumping from the rocks
into the waterfall, tireless participants
went to Jesus Beach and walked on
the water from one side to the other.
Another amazing day included a Safari
Trip. Themed parties, such as Gypsy
Night, R&B Night, Turkish Night with
Turkish music, foam parties in the club
and at the beaches, water pipe, made
this event unforgettable. Besides,
two soft skill trainings were given to
participants. There’s nothing left, but
to conclude that EESTECers really
occupied Marmaris!
LC Hamburg - DiscoTech
22nd September - 29th September
At the very end of September, LC
Hamburg has organized another
great event called “DiscoTech”. During
the workshop the participants had the
chance to develop a DSP-System,
which is able to convert audio signals
into light signals. But the interesting
academic part was not the only thing
this workshop had to offer. The participants also took part in some free
time activities, like visiting the most
famous brewery in Hamburg, going
canoeing on the lake Alster. They
even had the chance to take a beautiful but very windy ferry ride in the
port of Hamburg and only the brave
participants had a chance to see the
Sunday morning Fish market. These
are just a few nice moments from an
amazing week! If you haven’t managed to experience it, don’t get upset but patiently wait for next year to
come, because LC Hamburg will certainly give you more chances to experience one of the most beautiful cities
of Germany.
