LC Tampere - Workshop of

During this workshop about assembly
programming, participants were given
the opportunity to conduct various
tasks with assembly and learn MIPSand X86-architecture. During their free
time they got to know the beautiful
city of Tampere and meet with people
living in Finland. They also enjoyed
traditional student parties, including
overall parties in the city center and
sitsit-parties (formal dinner parties).
Of course, sauna could not be forgotten - even several times during the
week! Naturally EESTEC traditions
were followed and international night
was a great success, with local food
like Karelian pies being really popular!
Everyone involved in this event is now
?lled up with great memories, experience and never-ending friendships
(and not to forget a nice t-shirt!).

opening parade of the Famagusta
Spring Festival. They also had the
chance to relax on the beach and
enjoy the “SunnyDays” before the
sleepless nights. Bowling, laser tag,
karaoke and a yacht tour were just a
sample of the non-academic activities!
Historical visits were also an important
part of the event, during which participants visited the ancient city of Salamis and the old city of Famagusta.
LC Zagreb - Back in Time

This May in Zagreb 19 awesome
EESTECers from 9 different LCs had
the chance to get familiar with old
principles of automatics, programming, power engineering and wireless
technology and made comparisons
with the new ones. They experienced
student life in Zagreb and being
accommodated in one of the university’s biggest campuses with over
4000 students - student parties could
not be missing. Moreover, they learned
a lot about Zagreb’s history from a
professional tour guide and paid a visit to the technical museum. The great
weather and the amazing participants
were combined and lead to one of the
