My Chosen Words I chose a few words that I thought went best with the students. Granted, I did not know much about the students when I first taught so I was not sure where they were at regarding the vocabulary towards interior design and color. Here are the words I chose to use for my lesson: Complimentary, tertiary, primary, floor plan, secondary, country, flow, and balance. The students did know what the majority of those words meant so we were able to just do a refresher for them. With my case study student, I was able to see how far he was in his knowledge of this unit. He knew quite a bit. When asked to color, he colored and figured out how to make tertiary colors that he didn’t have. He learned fast and solved the problem rather quickly.
