The generating phase of teaching is to help get the juices flowing in the students’
minds. The interaction phase is the blood and guts of the operation. It is to help
get the students apply their knowledge and help them learn how to use it. The
refining phase is when the students know the material and they are able to teach
others. As a teacher, I am in the refining phase. I am taking my knowledge and
making it so I can teach other students. I am in the process of perfecting what I
know so I can help others see the purpose behind it.
