11. THE BOUILLABAISSE!
ACTIVITIES
a) Name the typical dishes of one’s city (or village) of origin, of one’s country.
Search for pictures and make a poster of the typical dishes of the different countries.
b) Investigate to know whether people prefer the dishes of their country of origin. If the answer
is negative, ask them what their favourite dish is.
Example: a Frenchman may have moussaka (Greek dish) as favourite dish.
c) By using the link, have a look at the recipe of the bouillabaisse: identify the ingredients, the
preparation, the preparation and cooking times.

d) Make a video of one prepared or preferred dish.
