The journal Leadership Quarterly is published by Elsevier, in
affiliation with the
International Leadership Association. The senior editor is L. Atwater,
who currently serves in the
Department of Management in the C.T. Bauer College of Business at
University of Houston. The
editor is assisted by seven associate editors who serve in academic
positions worldwide, as well
as an editorial board of over 100 members. The journal is published
quarterly, hence the title. Article Information
Leadership Quarterly consists of articles that present a diversity of
perspectives related to
leadership. Its aim is ―to present scholarly research, theory, and
developmental application from
the diverse fields of inquiry about leadership‖ (Elsevier, 2015a). The
