Dirty Deal members : Terry Miller - lead vocals, electric and acoustic guitars, Scott Blake - lead guitar and vocals, Steve Spinoe - drums, guitar and mandolin, and Bryan Kimes - Bass.

Lead vocalist and founder, Miller, decided to take a break to spend more time with his 3 year old daughter. The break turned into a 12 year hiatus with Miller coaching his daughter's soccer teams (2008 U12 WVSA Open Cup State Champions) and running a karate school with his wife and another associate. Terry continued to write songs and basically became a back porch guitar picker. The other band members kept busy during this period with guitarist Scott Blake and drummer Steve Spinoe playing in various bands to keep up their chops. Bassist Bryan Kimes played in the band 23RAINYDAYS. In August 2009, 23RAINYDAYS was named a Top 3 Breakout Artist by MTV, joining All Time Low and White Tie Affair on the MTV Video Music Awards tour. In 2011, Blake and Spinoe were playing in a band called 40 Rounds. They reached out to Miller and Kimes and asked them if they would like to reunite for a guest appearance with Steve Whiteman of Kix on his side project, Funny Money. Dirty Deal did a short set to the surprise of the crowd. The show lead to the band reuniting for another full show that year at an outdoor concert in Maryland. Terry had contacted concert promoter Greg Shiley about a rumor that Shiley Acres Concert Venue was going to reopen after a 19 year hiatus. Months passed and Greg finally returned Terry's call and did verify the venue would return in 2012. He ask the group to join Kix and local favorites, Blackmail for the grand reopening of Shiley Acres. The show was a huge success.
