Eco Life Vol 2 | Page 18

Once upon a time there was a place named Grimville, Grimville was a small island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Grimville was known for not only having no trees on the island but not even having grass, in fact, on a map, Grimville would be a completely gray island. Yes, there was many problems with this “No Trees or grass or anything green aloud law” including the fact that there was almost no oxygen, well, not enough oxygen to keep 300 people alive…but there was a solution! Not the best solution…but a solution! The solution was to have oxygen transported from the United States and Canada in small pressurised bottle. (Very similar to water bottles). This was obviously not the best solution, but it kept people alive, from the black, thick smog that covered the sky! Yes as you can see, Grimville would not be a nicest place to go on a vacation.

Now back to the real story, our story starts in a small house, this house was one of the nicest houses on the island. Light gray bricks, rotting roof from all the smog, gray windows, from all the dust and smoke, and a green door. In this house lived three people…an old man named, Paul, An old lady name Jane, and a 11 year old boy named Karter
