SolarGaps blinds capture the sunlight entering
your home and generate electricity even when
you are in the block and you can not mount
solar panels.
The story of these blinds began when the
Ukrainian Yevgen Erik was working in
construction and assembling the shutters
in a large office building when an idea
began to contrive in his mind: "He tells us
how he spent a whole day in the field to study
how Sunflower was watching the sun. He
then researched that solar modules are the
cheapest and most efficient of other energy
sources. " The next step was to
experiment with ways to copy the
auto-adjustable
sun-shifting
movements to the blinds.
This is how the SolarGaps project was born, which means the horizontal blinds that
have solar modules mounted on each slat. They change their position automatically
depending on the sun's rays, so as to
capture as much energy as the user can
then
use to charge electrical and electronic
devices.
For example, outdoor blinds on a square
meter area generate between 100 and 150
meaning enough energy to power 30 LED
or three MacBooks. If installed indoors, the
energy generated is smaller.

some simple instructions with the accessories that are shipped with the product.
Then they can be remotely controlled, manually or automatically, can be set to open
when you need to wake up or close when you want to sleep or even open when
