• Your assigned Coach mentees .
• Qualification awarding organisation .
• Kit provider . To arrange for order and delivery .
• Bursary Allocation Panel ( where applicable ).

Location of your personal data
The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is :
• Administration and training : that it is necessary to fulfil the contract that you are going to enter into or have entered into with us .
• For dealing with medical and special needs : that you have given your explicit consent or that it is in your vital interests or the vital interests of somebody else .
• Direct marketing : where you have consented to this .
• For equality and inclusion : that you have given your explicit consent by answering the question .
• In all other cases : that it is necessary for our legitimate interests which are to : ( a ) regulate the sport of cricket , to uphold standards and to ensure , that the reputation of cricket is preserved , and this does not prejudice or harm your rights and freedoms ; ( b ) ensure bursaries are allocated and used appropriately to support cricket and this does not prejudice or harm your rights and freedoms .
Where you have given your consent to any processing of personal data , you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time . If you do , it will not affect the lawfulness of any processing for which we had consent prior to your withdrawing it .
Our course booking provider uses systems in the USA to host personal data for all bookings made through the course booking system . We use UK approved Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure the transfer is lawful . In the event of a support query relating to the course booking system that cannot be handled by the ECB , this will be dealt with by our course booking provider in India and , again , UK approved Standard Contractual Clauses are used to ensure the transfer is lawful . In all other cases , we will normally keep your personal data within the UK or the European
