Miravet is a beautiful town, renowned for
its pottery, set on the banks of the Ebro and
dominated by a Templar castle. The start of
August sees the town celebrate its summer
festival in honour of Sant Domenec, the
patron saint of potters.

Festes de Santa Llúcia, El Perelló
Festivities on the beach including DJs, a foam
party and dancing. On Tuesday evening
there will be a “musclada popular” – mussels
are cooked in cauldrons then distributed
in huge platefuls – followed by fireworks.
