Season pork chops with your
favorite all spice seasoning.
Cover the chops will well basil,
cilantro and thyme on both
sides. Coat the chops with
brown sugar on both sides.
Slice yellow peaches and fold
them in the pork chops. Use
sticks, toothpicks or string to
allow the chops to tightly hug
the peaches. Drizzle the chops
with olive oil and bake in the
oven until fully cooked. Don’t
overcook the chops because
you don’t want them to be dry.
