Standard mild galvanised steel folded to provide slider belt support
in a durable finish. an emergency stop facil ity is required this legally must be on a 12v
supply and a variable speed inverter will be the simplest option to
provide this facility.
Drive Standard 0.18kW 240V / 415V 3 phase geared drum motor
for long life and built-in thermal cutout for safety. (0.25kW & 0.37kW
motors also available on request).
Sealed to IP65 and supplied complete with terminal wire and isolator
switch for wiring connection. Belt Low friction back green 2 ply PVC, 300mm, 600mm or 900mm
wide. Available as smooth or grip top. Belts can be clip jointed or
supplied vulcanised endless.
Belt Speed 0.26m per second (15.6m per minute). Can be used
with an inverter to provide for variable speed options.
Controls Choose from either direct-on-line starter in durable
enclosure incorporating thermal overload for motor protection for
conveyors up to 5m not requiring an emergency stop facility. Where

Stands Fully adjustable giving belt height range of 435mm to
3500mm. Bright zinc plated finish. Feet incorporate holes for
addition of castors or floor fixing if required.
Maximum Load Starting approx. 250kg. Running approx. 350kg.
