Top Covers
Designed to help protect material being conveyed
and enhance the safety factor by guarding the
moving belt. Supplied in 1m (EK450) or 1.2m
modules to interlock with conveyor sections,
secured with a retaining pin and nut. Head unit top
cover encloses the drive drum.

Side Guide Top Covers
These Top Covers are designed to fit on
top of our standard Side Guides. Provides
the solution when required to have both a
continuous rubber skirt on to the belt and an
easily removable cover for maintenance.
Also makes an ideal cover when larger bulky
items are being moved that will not fit under
our standard Top Covers.

Bottom Covers
Provided to enclose the running length of the
conveyor with mesh panels, supplied in 1m
(EK450) or 1.2m long sections and secured with
nut and bolt fixings, they are supplied as an
extra when needed for health and safety. They
are a legal requirement when using cleated or
chevron belt.
