In Word you will learn how to structure formal documents with tables of contents and footnotes and how to manage mail merge and collaborative editing with track changes. In Excel we will cover calculations, including functions, and how to use pivot tables and to create charts. In PowerPoint we will cover managing multiple master slides, embedding graphics, images and video and the effective presentation of data though the right choice of chart. In Outlook we will look at the use of rules for managing inboxes, setting signatures, managing contacts in the context of GDPR and the use of the calendar for setting-up meetings. We will also cover the effective use of the Cloud for sharing data safely across devices and with colleagues and partners. We will also cover working on mobile platforms and using alternative free software packages.
