LETTER FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT
In the coming weeks, you will notice our team completing work to a couple of the cart paths. We will be
addressing the damaged path near #7 green. Once this project is completed, we will be working to add a
permanent cart path entering #18 fairway. Please excuse the modified traffic patterns during this time.
During the first week of December, our team will be applying a preventative herbicide to prevent Poa.
Poa is a winter weed that often starts to show up during the cooler weather months. This is an annual
treatment, and will not impact play.
As we move into the cooler weather patterns, the growth of the turf slows down and traffic control
becomes very important. Our team will be paying close attention and moving the traffic control stakes
throughout the facility. We would like for all of our golfers to try to keep the carts on the cart paths
around the tees & greens and use the 90 degree rule as much as possible in the fairways. We appreciate
everyone’s cooperation in helping with traffic control.
Sincerely,
Juan Perez
