We’ve got a great holiday season planned with lots of activities
for you all. Please see below for your December updates.

UPDATES:
POOL
• With Daylight Savings ending, our pool hours are
changing – new hours are 7:00A to 5:30P
• Only members and guests that have been checked in are
allowed in the pool area.
• Bicycles and skateboards are not allowed in the pool area.
• Pool Rules are posted and must be adhered to – violation
of pool rules will result in potential suspension of pool
privileges.
OTHER
• Barcodes for the front Gate: Due to increasing numbers of
Barcode requests, the following changes have been made to
Barcode distribution policies to better serve our members
and residents.
• Golf Members:
• Gold & Platinum members are allowed up to 2 stickers at
no charge with your membership.
• Silver Members are allowed 1 sticker at no charge with
your membership.
• Registration form requests and completed registration
forms should be directed to CMcCorkle@Eaglebrooke.
com. Once all necessary information has been processed,
you will be contacted with a pick-up time.
• Replacement stickers are available upon request at a
charge of $5 per sticker and must be accompanied by an
update to your registration information.
• Homeowners/ Residents needing new or replacement
barcodes should contact HOA Manager, JoAnna Likar
at [email protected] to provide new vehicle
registration information and payment for stickers.
• Once all necessary information has been processed, you
will be contacted with a pick-up time, or your barcode
stickers will be delivered to your residence.
*Unscheduled drop-ins for Barcode forms & distribution will
no longer be allowed.
• Billing Inquiries, Statement Disputes, Medical Leave
Requests, & Cancellations:
• Please send any and all billing inquiries, statement
disputes, medical leave requests, and cancellation of
membership notices in writing to
