Happy March , everyone !
We are excited to announce the launch of our updated menu on Tuesday , March 4th . New additions include Bavarian Pretzels , Garlic Knots , and Hot Honey Fried Shrimp as appetizers , as well as fresh salads like the BLT Avocado Salad and Taco Salad . For entrées , we ’ re introducing Chef ’ s Reuben , Classic Patty Melt , Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich , Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sliders , Sirloin Strip Steak , Pappardelle Ala Bolognaise , Chicken Oscar , and Fettuccine Alfredo . Don ’ t forget to try our new sides , Fried Rice and Sweet Potato Soufflé , and save room for the Eaglebrooke Chocolate Chip Cookie Pizza , perfect for sharing with friends and family . We look forward to welcoming you to try these new offerings !
Easter is just around the corner , so be sure to secure your reservations early . This year ’ s buffet will feature new selections , including Buffalo Mozzarella Salad , Loaded Baked Potato Salad , Almond Chicken Salad , Carrot-Raisin Salad , Baked Grouper Oscar , and Chicken Florentine . With the upcoming golf course renovation , there will be some adjustments to our culinary operations . Starting April 7th , the kitchen will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays . We will offer a limited lunch menu from Wednesday to Sunday , with full dinner service available from Wednesday to Saturday . As we navigate these changes at Eaglebrooke , we will make adjustments as needed to continue serving you the best dining experience possible .
