You will be notified via email once your barcode is ready for pickup . PLEASE NOTE : Clubhouse drop-in requests for Barcodes are no longer served .
• MEMBER BILLING : IF YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE CARD IS COMPROMISED , EXPIRED , OR NEEDS TO BE CHANGED -Please contact us via email ( Billing @ Eaglebrooke . com ), phone 863-701-0101 option 5 , or in person to make any necessary changes to your current credit card on file .
• BILLING INQUIRIES , STATEMENT DISPUTES , MEDICAL LEAVE REQUESTS , & CANCELLATIONS : Please send any / all billing inquiries , statement disputes , medical leave requests , and cancellation of membership notices in writing to Billing @ Eaglebrooke . com .
