Happy April, everyone! From the Chef’ s Kitchen
Things in the culinary department continue to go well, and we’ ve received great feedback on the new menu! So far, the most popular dishes are the Taco Salad, Patty Melt, and Reuben. Our Chocolate Chip Cookie has also been a hit— I highly recommend ordering one for the table before closing out your tab!
Financially, we’ ve had a strong start to the year. In March, our A La Carte revenue increased by approximately 8 % compared to last year. Over the first six months of this fiscal year, our total F & B revenue has grown by nearly $ 88,000! Kudos to the entire F & B team for their hard work and dedication!
Behind the scenes, we’ ve been making some big upgrades in the kitchen. Recently, we replaced the garbage disposal, and we’ re currently working on installing a new exhaust fan motor for the hood system. While these may seem like small changes, commercial-grade equipment comes with a hefty price tag!
