If you have not yet paid your Annual Assessment, please do so as soon as possible. Late letters for unpaid assessments will be mailed out this month.
Your 2024 Financials are now available! If you would like a copy, please contact JoAnna Likar at Manager @ Eaglebrooke. net or call( 863) 808-0035. Please note: These financials are still pending review by the CPA.
Need a new barcode? Visit www. eaglebrooke. net and click on“ Request an Access Barcode.” Once your request is processed, I will email you when your barcode is ready for pickup.
The next HOA meeting will be held on April 8, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Clubhouse. If you’ re planning any exterior modifications, please visit www. eaglebrooke. net to find the ARC form and approved paint colors under the“ Documents” section.
