CLASS A : These are the bus-like motorhomes with a flat nose . They come in gas or diesel versions , and length can be anything from around 30 feet to 40 feet and up . They tend to be some of the most expensive options on the market , especially if you prefer a diesel engine ( which is usually in the back , just like on a bus ).

How to Buy an RV
SUPER C : Think of a Class C on steroids . The truck chassis on a Super C is something you might see hauling cargo down the highway , like a Freightliner . These are some of the biggest rigs you ’ ll see on the road . They still have the cab-over bunk , but they often look more like an 18-wheeler than an RV .
BUS CONVERSIONS and shuttle conversions are also increasingly popular . Technically , any vehicle can be converted into a living space , depending on your needs . Shuttles are closest in size to a B +, while bus conversions can run over 40 feet long .
