Sardinia is the second largest island in the Mediterranean Sea.
It has low and sandy coasts. Many islands and islets surrounding it and the bigger Sant ‘Antioco.
The Mediterranean climate is typical of much of Sardinia. Along the coastal areas have mild winters. The summers are hot and dry, characterized by a considerable ventilation. Inland areas the climate is continental with extreme temperature changes, on the mountains in winter snows frequently, while in summer the weather keeps you cool.
