In a nutshell, e-Less Learning is about empowering teams to facilitate their own
development, without the need for an internal training team, reliance upon external
providers or getting to grips with fancy technology.
It is an approach whereby we work with HR / Training to provide managers and staff with the guidance and
resource to facilitate their own development during down-time, team meetings, through action learning sets
or during one-to-one sessions. It is an approach that creates autonomy; it is sympathetic to operational
needs, shuns the need for training schedules and nurtures a culture of social, ‘Just for Me’ learning.
