CONCLUSION
With this project, we conclude that it is important to keep an eye on
the things that we consume, taking into consideration our BMR.
Food and the things that we consume is the most important thing in
the life of a human being. In order to have a healthy lifestyle, it is
important to consume the right amount of calories. If you consume
fewer calories than what your body needs, you may feel weak and
your body systems don’t work the same. It is more likely to get sick
due to the amount of stress your putting in your body daily and all
the activities that you are doing without ingesting the right amount
of energy. It is recommended to eat the appropriate amount of
calories because doing this can help you by increasing your
exercise capacity and muscle performance, lower cholesterol and
improves your blood sugar.
Balancing your diet with exercise will help you achieve a healthier
lifestyle and overall good results in your body. Al balanced diet
needs to contain: proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and fats and
oils.
