If you follow these tips I gave you, there’s no way your skin will get damaged. It’s pretty simple. Take care of the sun, Don’t smoke, Don’t touch your face and wash your face in a frequently matter. Also remember, take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live in. Literally. c) Cover yourself. Hey, a good hat can’t hurt anybody! It’s fashionable, comfortable, and safe. However, the sun is not all harm and no good! The sun also provides us for the tools for our skin cells to produce Vitamin D, which is great for our body. DO. NOT. SMOKE. How much clearer do I need to say this? Smoking tires your skin, and it makes you look older when you’re not supposed to look like that -yet-. So, don’t do it. The chemicals that the cigarette releases sometimes gets caught in the skin, (well some particles, not literally.) and then it weakens the fibers that make up your skin, hence causing wrinkles. Would you like wrinkles at 26? Really? Not worth it. Now, you’re an adolescent, right? You probably have like a thousand pimples on your face right now? Well, that’s because you do not take care of your skin as well. Another advice… Don’t touch your face. Like, when your hands are dirty. It’s not nice for your face, that’s what mainly causes all of those pimples on your cheeks. A pimple starts when the pores on your face get clogged with some oil that comes from dirty bacteria, so if you don’t want this to happen just don’t touch your face. Avoid it as much as possible.
