Skin Care
TIPS
Our skin is one of the most important things in our body,
however it’s the one that can get affected the most. Our
skin is our protector, it’s like our bodyguard. It holds all
of our organs together and protects them as if there’s no
tomorrow. So, that’s why we have to take care of it in
such a way as if it was our own child. It can be very
sensible at times, that’s why we have to learn how to
take care of it properly. Here’s where our magazine
comes in handy! Now, take a look at all of these tips that
explain how to take care of your beloved skin!
Okay, so first of all, the sun. The sun is such a
dangerous, yet awesome factor that contributes to our
skin. It has its positive perspective, and the negative
one. By being under the sun for a great matter of time,
some effects on the skin might be the following: Wrinkles - Age Spots -Even, skin cancer. There are a
few options for you to prevent this, don’t worry!
a) Use Sunscreen. Always. Specially if you’re going
swimming or to the beach, it can be very harmful,
and hurtful! Trust me.
b) Protection. The sun is at its strongest during 12
p.m. until like 4 p.m. Avoid it…
Finally, wash your face at least twice a day.
Those pores need to breathe once in a while. I
know that you probably had a very busy and tiring
day, but just remember, if you wash your face with
maybe a cleaning-pores type of product, such as
the ones that Clinique offers, your face will thank
you for it. You’ll feel your skin smoother and more
baby-like. It will keep the bacteria away for a while,
and now you will probably have less pimples than
usually!
!
Your skin is one of the most important things you
have to take care of. It’s so sensible, and so weak,
you have to do a great load of work to keep it clean
and healthy. If you follow these tips I gave you,
there’s no way your skin will get damaged. It’s
pretty simple. Take care of the sun, Don’t smoke,
Don’t touch your face and wash your face in a
frequently matter. Also remember, take care of your
body, it’s the only place you have to live in.
Literally.
c) Cover yourself. Hey, a good hat can’t hurt anybody!
It’s fashionable, comfortable, and safe.
However, the sun is not all harm and no good! The sun
also provides us for the tools for our skin cells to
produce Vitamin D, which is great for our body.
DO. NOT. SMOKE. How much clearer do I need
to say this? Smoking tires your skin, and it makes
you look older when you’re not supposed to look
like that -yet-. So, don’t do it. The chemicals that
the cigarette releases sometimes gets caught in
the skin, (well some particles, not literally.) and
then it weakens the fibers that make up your skin,
hence causing wrinkles. Would you like wrinkles at
26? Really? Not worth it.
Now, you’re an adolescent, right? You probably
have like a thousand pimples on your face right
now? Well, that’s because you do not take care of
your skin as well. Another advice… Don’t touch
your face. Like, when your hands are dirty. It’s
not nice for your face, that’s what mainly causes all
of those pimples on your cheeks. A pimple starts
when the pores on your face get clogged with
some oil that comes from dirty bacteria, so if you
don’t want this to happen just don’t touch your
face. Avoid it as much as possible.
