Conclusion
The menu for the people to maintain the same weight may vary because people
have different weights. Is very important for people to get the BMR, in that way
they can know their menu and maintain eating food that would not get him
overweight. Having a balanced menu is very important because you need some
food very much but others too. The vegetables are very important, but if you eat
only vegetables or fruits you will be very skinny. You need to combine
