database of over 15,000 small, women, minority, and veteran businesses from a wide array of industries across the U.S.

A Long Tradition of Excellence in Leadership
Like many of its members’ businesses, the National Association of Minority Companies, Inc., was founded on hard work,
dedication, and a commitment to make a difference.
The founder and the prestigious committee members of NAMC, have long, proven histories in advocacy, education,
support, and promotion of equality, parity, and justice in business, banking, politics, education, faith-based and
community organizations, in both the private and public sectors.
The NAMC works strategically with agencies, large corporations, and organizations to level the playing field by
increasing access to business opportunities and affordable capital for diverse businesses, and helping to place diverse
owners at leadership tables in Washington, D.C., and all across our country.
The mission of the NAMC’s National Leadership Summit is to facilitate serious discussion and consideration of issues of
ethnic and racial diversity in policy design, both within the business arena as well as in society at large.
The conference goal is to facilitate an on-going forum for discussion of policy implications for people of color.

magazin e and KNAMC FM, the National Association of
Minority Companies, Inc., brings together diverse business
champions all across America, who make an impact in
leadership, job creation, and policies and practices that
support diverse businesses, communities, and families.
In a first-of-its-kind initiative, the National Association
of Minority Companies, Inc./DyNAMC Leaders for
A Changing World magazine aims to shed light on
diversity issues and those solutions that can help bind
the opportunities and challenges for our society which
are becoming increasingly diverse locally, nationally, and
internationally.
