s the name already suggests, liqueur coffee is a coffee
brew with a 25 ml shot of liqueur. This particularly
intoxicating brew is mostly served in a clear liqueur-
coffee glass. The coffee and cream are served separated
on the top and bottom, for visual effect and taste texture
of cream first with a sudden pop of liqueur.

opi Luak also called civet coffee, is a coffee that
is the defecation of coffee cherries, eaten and
defecated by the Asian Palm Civet. It is one of the
most expensive coffees in the world and is a top
notch delicacy, produced mainly in Indonesia.

caffe mocha is a delicious notch up of a
cafe latte cafe mocha. When two star
ingredients like coffee and chocolate are
mixed, a star is born I.e. Caffe mocha. Since
its a variation of a caffè latte, its safe to say
that a caffè mocha is based on espresso and
hot milk but with added chocolate flavoring
and sweetener. Yum! Many varieties use
chocolate syrup instead, and some may
contain dark, milk or even white chocolate.
Now a mocha, basically put is like a hot
chocolate with a shot of espresso, and served
with a big dollop of cream.
They are usually topped with a dusting of
either cinnamon or cocoa powder, and
marshmallows may also be added on top for
flavor and decoration.
A variant is white caffè mocha, made with
white chocolate instead of milk or dark.
There are also variants of the drink that mix
the two syrups; this mixture is referred to
by several names, including black and white
