Drink Wrap LIQUEUR COFFEE KOPI LUWAK - INDONESIA A s the name already suggests, liqueur coffee is a coffee brew with a 25 ml shot of liqueur. This particularly intoxicating brew is mostly served in a clear liqueur- coffee glass. The coffee and cream are served separated on the top and bottom, for visual effect and taste texture of cream first with a sudden pop of liqueur. K opi Luak also called civet coffee, is a coffee that is the defecation of coffee cherries, eaten and defecated by the Asian Palm Civet.
