Installation

Through our wishpaths , we collected objects that had strong connection to the senses ( such as a leaf and a cigarette stub ) and memory ( such as a shopping list ).
While collecting the objects , we started imagining that all of them belonged to someone that was cruising the city . So , we started creating a narrative , giving meaning to all the objects . Each object was a reminiscent of a person who was walking on the street .
These objects , that trigger senses , are the proof of a wishpath of that person .
With this objects , we would like to create an installation in which each person can create their own narrative and wishpath .
For the installation , we want to put the objects spread in a room in plinths . It is a performative and interactive installation , where we cover people ’ s eyes and ask them to walk in the room , letting themselves guide through the senses , going from one object to the other . The floor will be covered with paper and every person will have a long stick with a pen , so that the track will be marked on the floor .
Everyone can choose their own sense hierarchy , letting some senses override others , using their intuition .
The final object remaining from the installation will be a map of wishpaths , since each person will have their path demarcated on the floor .
This proposal is a way of putting in practice and sharing our experience , and also , a blending of our different concepts : senses , intuition and wishpath .
