Jalapeno Biscuits
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 farm fresh eggs
1 tablespoon grass-fed butter, melted
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Combine all of your ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make sure the eggs are evenly mixed into the
batter. Oil a baking sheet, and ball up your dough. I usually make smaller biscuits, I just use a
spoon, scoop some batter and ball it up. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350. To determine that these
are cooked use the age old trick of sticking a toothpick in the middle. You may serve these along
side your soup or as we did just toss them into the soup and enjoy.
