Field Verification: The Rater shall complete field verification and take representative photos of complying materials and practices.
Documentation: The documentation should include the following as appropriate:
INTENT
A site plan with material and shading( if appropriate) Area calculations An Accountability Form with criteria signed by the builder, developer, or architect

CRITERIA FOR QUALIFICATION
One point of credit is available for including a Construction Environmental Quality Management Plan in the project specifications. This plan requires all of the following to be noted:
Protect construction materials from water damage during construction. Cover / seal ducts and registers during construction. Clean duct boots prior to occupancy. For rehabilitation projects, implement a dust control plan that prevents particulates from migrating into occupied areas. Complete applications of wet and odorous materials( such as paints, sealants, and coating) before installing absorbent materials such as carpets and fabric covered furnishings.
Open windows and door for at least eight hours a day for a period of two weeks prior to occupancy. Finishes or materials that offgas volatile organic compounds( VOCs) must be installed before this official flush-out period begins. Use 100 % outside are during flush-out. The flush-out period does not need to occur overnight or compromise security. Do not conduct the flush-out when site work or dust compromises the intent of the flush-out.
VERIFICATION
