Sewing rooms, libraries, dens, studios, lofts, recreation rooms, or any other conditioned rooms along an exterior wall that is 70 square feet or greater in size are considered to be bedrooms. VERIFICATION Measure N1.1 Field Verification: The Rater will conduct field compliance verification and take photos of the project and the perimeter area. Documentation: If it is not easily evident from field verification, the Rater will collect a site map showing perimeter development connections and/or existing utilities and distance (in linear feet of piping, not radius) from the site to comply with the measure’s criteria.
