Beginner
Think joining a group exercise class may be
too tough? Whether you’re 19 or 90, join
us for light walking, easy-level aerobics,
balance, light weight training, stretching,
and relaxation. Floor exercises are optional.
This is a great class for seniors or for
individuals who are just getting started on a
fitness routine. ss
