2.2.2.5.9.6 Multiply functions
This wizard is used to calculate the product of two functions where each is a
function of either one or two variables.
It can be accessed by clicking on Wizard Button | Function | Multiply
functions.
To multiply functions:
Enter the first function.
Press the
key or click on the next line.
Enter the second function.
Press "Solve step" or "Solve all" button to see the solution process.
Make certain that you enter the function in functional notation. For example
you can enter f(x)=2x+3. Also, use different names (letter designators) for
different functions.
If you need an explanation for any particular step, click on the step and then
click on the "Explain" button.
2.2.2.5.9.7 Divide functions
This wizard is used to calculate the quotient of two functions where each is a
function of either one or two variables.
It can be accessed by clicking on Wizard Button | Function | Divide
functions.
To divide functions:
Enter the first function.
