When we do our Angel Recitation with a question, we must call upon the same Angel for
at least five days or until we receive an answer. By focusing on the question, we gain
access to the program that Cosmic Intelligence has prepared for us. This will activate
dreams and signs that will answer our question. When we do our Angel Recitation with a
request, we must also call upon the same Angel for at least five days so that the powerful
transformation may manifest itself.
Whichever method we choose, Angel Recitation remains a simple exercise that can be
practised in any context and in any of life’s situations. It can be done while walking,
driving, meditating, relaxing, practising sports and doing housework. It can be done
before falling asleep or upon wakening. It can be done during difficult times as well as in
moments of happiness. We must, however, remember that it is important to respect our
own rhythm and to invoke with a sense of sacredness.
The intensified energy that occurs while working with an Angel manifests itself through
intuition, dreams, signs and coincidences encountered in our daily lives. It is fascinating to
see the relevance between the Quality of the Angel and what is shown to us in dreams and
in everyday life, in their pure form as well as in their distorted form. Angel Recitation sets
in motion or intensifies the initiatory process. In that sense, the Name of the Angel serves
as a magic formula. Angel Work is an initiatory adventure that immerses a person in the
contemplation of multiple realities.
A wonderful way of optimizing the benefits of Angel Recitation is to practice it while
doing Angelica yoga exercises. These exercises are the subject of other publications under
the title, Angelica yoga, also published by Universe/City Mikaël.

It is suggested that we only use one Angelic Energy at a time and for a period of at least
five days in order to truly activate Its Field of Consciousness. Needless to say, five days
are not enough to integrate all of the Qualities and Virtues of an Angel, but throughout the
work we do with the many Angels over the years we eventually come to a point where we
have visited all the departments of our consciousness. We advance methodically on the
path that leads to Illumination.We can work more than five days with the same Angel if
we wish to go further into this particular Field of Consciousness. It is, however, preferable
to change regularly as our consciousness needs to visit all parts of the Essences of the
Creator so that one day we can fully manifest Them.

also a lot of dust.
