iddle Valley Chicken are given the time to
grow slowly on a natural diet with grass,
clover and corn giving them their succulent meat
and traditional chicken flavour. They live happily
in large grassy paddocks with plenty of food and
water. We specialise in big chickens, perfect for
roasting and big enough to feed the largest of
families. am’s Pigs is a family farm with pedigree Oxford
Sandy & Black pigs reared in woodland where
they supplement their diets through natural
foraging; producing the highest quality pork.
The 50-strong organic beef herd is focussed on
Aberdeen Angus, sired by their pedigree Aberdeen
Angus bull. They sell sausages, pork joints and
cuts from the farm. The 12 beehives have started
producing honey.
