Use of these exceptions must be agreed

WIDE HORIZONTAL FORMATS
When our logo is placed on a wide horizontal
format, such as sports perimeter advertising
boards, a sign or a fascia, the elements of the
logo can be rearranged to these specifications.
The size proportions of the logotype and
the symbol do not change but they can be
horizontally aligned to sit on the same baseline.
The distance between these two elements is
equal to 3X, when X is the height of the circle
within the symbol. If a descriptor is used, it is
set at the same cap height as our logotype to
form one continuous wordmark. Formats of
this kind may need to break the usual minimum
clear space area rule of our logo. Please ensure
that no part of our logo is closer to the edge of
an application than a distance equal to 2X.

COLOUR
Logo colour version 1 (see page 3.7) is our
preferred logo. However, for some applications
where maximum visual impact and legibility are
essential – e.g. for sports perimeter advertising
boards – we can make an exception. In these
instances, logo colour version 2 or the white
logo can be used on dark blue if they have
greater visibility than logo colour version 1.
