Latte art

atte art or coffee art refers to a design made on a drink based on espresso by varista.

These designs are usually made in two ways, sometimes in combination.

The first method manipulates the flow of milk from the jug (milk pitcher) and put it in espresso (known as free pour · latte art). Common designs with this free pore include rose decorations, leaves, and heart paintings.

The second method is made using other tools (known as "etching"), such as a thermometer (the tip of the needle on the opposite side of the display board), mold plate, powder, milk foam and so on. Use a thermometer needle like a brush in calligraphy (attach a little espresso extract black, use it like India ink in calligraphy). This is called Design Cappuccino, it is distinguished from Latte Art.

Despite being part of the expression of cappuccino, cafe mocha, espresso · macchiato, much of latte art is usually found in cafe · latte usually from the proportion of milk making bubbles. As the popularity of high quality drinks based on espresso rose, the art of decorating latte art also advanced.
