Please introduce yourself and the other members of the band, and what their spots are.
Hello, Winter Storm are a UK based Dark Melodic Metal band, having formed back in 2008 by
Hannah (lead vocals, lead guitars) and Wayne (7 string guitars), the band has evolved a lot and
features Doomsday on keyboards (professional wrestler) as well as Jamie on bass guitar and
William on the drums.
How long have you guys been together?
Winter Storm was formed back in February 2008 by Wayne and Hannah.
What was the creative spark that pushed you to form the band?
At the time, Hannah was part of a Rock band, and wished to pursue something in her more preferred Metal tastes, have the opportunity to sing as well as play guitar solos and compose with a
more Metal edge. Wayne was part of a Black Metal band Forge Chaos in which he sung, and
wished to pursue a different style of metal and have chance to showcase his 7 string guitar skills
more.
How often are you guys able to get together and practice?
We don't practice as often as we would like to, but typically get together twice a month at least to
rehearse if we have a show coming up.
