1. Hi Rahul, tell us about your journey towards becoming a DJ.
I was never really into the whole electronic music scene until I attended my first rave

Well, this is going to sound really ridiculous but my stage name actually came about from
the apartment unit my friends and I were renting way back then, Unit 206. We used to
throw some insane house parties there and I guess that 206 vibe stuck with me and grew

kidding, well I have my very own preference of tracks I love to drop. I love playing massive
bangers or even deep house tracks that people don’t usually hear at your everyday club.
I like taking the time to select the best tracks possible to add to my expanding collection
of music. Its always an amazing feeling when people go crazy when you drop something
totally unexpected.

more about your mixtapes.
Well each mixtape is directed to a different genre in electronic music. For example,
Blissful Serenity had a very trancy feel to it. I try and cater to the different sub-genres in
EDM. Electric Eargasm is a full on EDM mixtape series which I decided to give a premature
ending to it to move onto my new EDM mixtape series Nocturnal Sessions. I explore and
like to be diversified with my music because I would like to capture audiences who not
only like EDM but also the different sub genres in EDM.
