still didn’t get it - I should have
known better! At that point, I
realized I had to do some selfevaluation so I could break

makes the changes I needed

patterns.

I truly hopethat’s not the case.

A lesson I learned very early
in life was that thoughts
materialize. The premise is,
whatever youfocus on is what
you will bring into your life. If
you believe, you can achieve,
and you will receive! If your
desire is to be loved, then
say to yourself "I am loved".
If you struggle with weight,
call out the weight that you
desire to be, “I am healthy
and at my perfect weight of
____lbs”. If finances have been
a challenge, call your budget
into submission – “My finances
are more than enough to cover
my needs and my wants/
