So here’s plenty of videos from my channel this month. First up is the new retail version of the Neutron Sound Orgone Accumulator. The first DIY
version was a real powerhouse of
amazing sounds and the new firmware
in the new version (also available for the DIY version) is killer! Added FX modes, a new drum mode and added wave select CV ins are ace. Click HERE if you want to watch on YouTube.
Here’s another brilliant module this time from Befaco and here’s a video for their module ‘Rampage’. It’s based around the classic dual slope
generators of yesteryear and features a series of different logic based
outputs and plenty of CV and ways to both process audio or CV and also generate CV itself. Click HERE to head to my YouTube page to watch in your browser or hit play to the left.
Who’s in the market for a massively useful module that will slot into
virtually any system? Erica Synths have brought us a new Quad VCA as part of their Black Series. It’s a mixer, VC mixer or four independent VCAs which are linear, with very low noise and low distortion based on some unique technology usually used within radio transmission. Here’s the first of a pair of videos for this month from Ross Lamond’s
“Bells N Whistles Crackles N Pops” event from last year. Eat Static ended the the night with a set of all hardware and modular techno. The tempo is right at “chunky beats”
territory and there’s added fun with Basil Brookes on an EMS VCS3 and Cary Grace on her Wiard system as well as some vocals. Click HERE for the video.
