hen divers are
feeling the urge to
travel, the Maldi-
ves are always at
the top of the list of possible
destinations. The offer became
more and more modern and
varied, but there are still real
diving islands from the first
days. Embudu Village with the
Diverland diving centre is one
of them. Its versatile portfolio
still ranges from adventures for
scuba divers to whale shark
encounters with just mask,
snorkel and fins. The cover
photo of Frank Schneider was
also taken during one of these.
