1 . Briefly tell us about your professional background . A : I spent many years in the service industry opening and managing Bennigans and Duffy ’ s restaurants . In the early 2000 ’ s I took on the role of Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Panera Bread and continued to help grow their footprint in Florida for almost a decade . Prior to elected office , I dipped my toe into the entrepreneurial world and started an online digital marketing platform called All Things Treasure Coast . I have since gifted that to our local Chamber of Commerce .
